Responsibilities:
Position – Talent Acquisition/Human Resources Coordinator
Location – The City, London / Flexible location
We have an opening for an experienced Talent Acquisition/Human Resources Coordinator.. This person will be responsible for supporting a senior recruiter across various international practice areas. With the changes to the way we work in the office location, you will need be able to work flexibly and efficiently from your home location at times.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and interview teams
Supporting the local HR team with administrative tasks
Provide coordination support to local and Corporate (based in the US) recruiters to manage and track all candidate data from introduction through to onboarding and human resources.
Manage all other aspects of interview and hiring process (i.e. candidate travel coordination, interview room reservation, interviewer packet preparation, onboarding, etc.)
Processing invoices and expenses
Prepare regular pipeline reports, gathering relevant data as required
Prepare and update relevant paperwork and data to support hiring request approvals
Assist with production of employment offer paperwork
Assist with updating CMS/ATP platforms with candidate/job details
Responsible for managing all job posting internally and externally
Supporting ad-hoc recruitment projects
Supporting with the referral programme and ensuring all referrals are tracked appropriately
Recruitment function is responsible for EME and APAC, as such there is an International focus with this role
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
Experience supporting a recruiting environment (agency or in-house)
Experience supporting tasks under Human Resources- payroll, onboarding, employment contracts, etc
Excellent organisational skills and multi-tasking abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; candidate must have the ability to represent the company professionally via telephone, email and in person
Highly motivated and be able to work independently
Working experience of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (Applicant Tracking Database experience preferred)
Confidence to interact and interface with all levels within the company
Have the ability to prioritise effectively
Be able to work to tight deadlines
Able to work flexibly (office/WFH)
Enthusiastic and with a ‘will do’ and ‘find a solution’ approach
Discretion in handling confidential matters
