JBC Hiring for SENIOR OF EXECUTIVE POST PRODUCER at New York – Hybrid, New York Full Time

Our client, a fully integrated production studio, is looking for a full time Post Producer with a minimum of 5-7 years experience in Offline and/or VFX post production. This role will have an understanding of, and interest in new trends and developments in post, digital, experiential and broadcast. This is an opportunity to work with a roster of talented directors and editors to bring their creative visions to some of the biggest artists’ names and brands in the world of fashion and music.

Desired Skills:

– At Least 5-7 years of managing all aspects of post production projects from scheduling to budgeting, client interaction, and managing post teams and talent.

– Ability to oversee projects through finishing. Plan, coordinate and lead projects from storyboard through to final delivery.

– Varied experience with the post production process is required.

– Knowledge of remote dropbox based workflows a plus

– EXCELLENT project organization & communication skills that another producer could jump into if needed.

– Prepare accurate and high detailed budgets and advising on high end Offline VFX and fast turnaround adaptation work.

– Ensuring correct scheduling of sessions.

– Manage project negotiation and utilize all resources efficiently.

– Work alongside other post producers and HOPP to track and manage projects.

– The ins and outs of posting delivery for client utilizing dropbox and Frame i.o

– Ability to learn and adopt unique post-production workflows as we work with live content and concerts as well. Experience with or desire to learn workflows for music videos, broadcast commercials, and live events are a plus.

– Invest and nurture key client relationships, maintaining our current excellent client relationships.
