Position Overview:
The successful incumbent in this role will support the field operations by identifying, screening, and helping to select candidates in crucial production roles such as customer service, sales, service advisor, and technicians. As the first point of contact for candidates, the TAS plays a vital role in shaping the candidate experience and ensuring the dealership teams have the right people in the correct positions.
Salary Range: $45,000 to $58,000 annually
