Position Overview:
The successful incumbent in this role will support the field operations by identifying, screening, and helping to select candidates in crucial production roles such as customer service, sales, service advisor, and technicians. As the first point of contact for candidates, the TAS plays a vital role in shaping the candidate experience and ensuring the dealership teams have the right people in the correct positions.
Salary Range: $45,000 to $58,000 annually

A typical day might include the following:

• Review candidate applications, set up and conduct phone screen to determine qualifications, interest, and availability for next steps in the interview process
• Schedule potential candidates for interviews with hiring managers
• Follow up with hiring managers on hiring needs and status of candidates that are in the hiring process
• Follow up with candidates who are in the onboarding process, confirm the start date, and launch onboarding via Paylocity
• Update/Refresh job postings via the ATS (Greenhouse)
• Manage candidate pool, disposition, and notify candidates via email of the application status

Additional Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in a high-volume recruiting environment or agency
• Experience using an (ATS) applicant tracking system
• Proven ability to proactively drive the recruiting process by engaging with hiring managers and needed resources
• Ability to provide coaching and guidance to hiring managers, and that includes having difficult conversations when necessary to keep the recruiting process compliant and effective
• Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Exemplary organizational and time management skills (plans activities and manages resources)
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Excellent written & verbal communication, with the ability to effectively communicate with staff at all levels in the organization
• If offered employment, willing to undergo pre-employment screening, including but not limited to a criminal background check, drug screen for illegal substances, and motor vehicle report
