This position is Full-Time, remote.
Sunrise Senior Living has an exciting new career opportunity for a Recruiting Coordinator in the Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Department at the Sunrise Senior Living corporate office in McLean, VA. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will assist with the administrative processing of new hires and the analytical review of information as it relates to the recruitment of new Team Members at Sunrise Senior Living.

Responsibilities


Responsibilities:

  • Timely submission and processing of offer letters
  • On-boarding of new hires
  • Updating daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Timely processing of background checks, drug screen, and reference checks
  • Tracking new hires who are being brought on board
  • posting ads on external/internal job boards
  • assisting with the coordination and facilitation of interviews
  • posting requisitions in the applicant tracking system
  • Conduct administrative duties as assigned
  • Effectively create and maintain metrics to measure team success

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
  • 1 – 2 years administrative experience in lieu of degree
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills
  • Knowledge of analytics and data collection
  • Prior experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and follow-up skills
  • Strong analytics and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, managing multiple duties and priorities
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed
