Database Administrator Trainee Opportunity Full Time NEW

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

If you enjoy working with systems, researching information, and ensuring everything is accurate and up to date, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data across internal systems.
• Research, validate, and input new information.
• Update existing records, including pricing and product changes.
• Support ongoing data quality and cleansing projects.
• Manage incoming correspondence and handle data-related queries.
• Liaise with internal teams and external contacts to verify information.
• Assist with regular updates and periodic review processes.
• Support wider teams with database-related queries and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail; accuracy is critical.
• Proactive and self motivated with a positive, can do attitude.
• Comfortable working with systems and structured data.
• Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and internet research.
• Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills.
• A problem solving mindset and willingness to learn.
• No prior experience required – full training will be provided.
