The Staffing Group Hiring for Junior Accounts Payable Officer Job at Sydney Full Time

We are a Professional Chartered Accounting and due to on-going growth, we currently have a vacancy for an enthusiastic and driven Junior Accounts Payable candidate to join the firm.

The Role

The Accounts Payable Office will work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure accounts payable tasks such as processing payments and entering information into the firms financial systems other accounts tasks are completed as directed.

Minimum Requirements

The candidate will ideally have 1-2 years Accounts Payable experience and has or is completing Accounting based qualifications.

We are particularly looking for:

• Knowledge of bookkeeping terminology and practices.
• Knowledge of general record keeping and filing systems.
• Ability to compare data from a variety of sources for accuracy and completeness and detect errors.
• Ability to follow, apply, and interpret instructions.
• Ability to determine work priorities.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on challenges
• Confident personality with excellent communication skills
• Enjoy working within a team environment.
