Position Summary
Under the general direction and supervision of Chief Finance Officer, this position performs routine AP and Payroll duties within the Finance Department.
Position Requirements
Education: Associate degree in Accounting and/or Business Administration plus one year of relevant experience; educational equivalent will be considered with three or more years of relevant work experience in an accounting environment
Experience: Three years prior experience in an accounting environment; prior Quickbooks experience a plus; prior experience with cloud-based HR/Payroll software a plus

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:
General office/clinic conditions are pleasant; good, clean working conditions where accident and hazards are negligible; requires short periods of moderate lifting, pushing, or pulling objects up to thirty pounds. Clear diction and acute hearing are necessary for effective communication with the staff and public.
Position is based in the Butte; however, position responsibilities may require travel to Dillon, Anaconda and Sheridan on rare occasions. Use of personal vehicle may be required for travel; therefore, a valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance and registration is required.
