About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to work within a small, busy HR team. Working from home, you will assist in delivering the full range of HR services, including (but not limited to):
Administering all offers of employment and the on-boarding processes.
Advising employees, potential employees, and managers on safe recruitment principles.
Taking all new starter, change and leaver actions, reviewing for accuracy, and ensuring they are in line with our policies.
Preparing monthly payroll instructions.
Monitor and prioritise enquiries, escalating any issues as appropriate to ensure a timely response.
Regularly auditing data, ensuring accurate and timely recording on employee’s records.
Advising employees and managers on day-to-day HR processes, ensuring they are following the correct procedures.
Carry out all day-to-day administration of pay and benefits, including but not limited to, maternity/paternity/adoption pay, pensions, salary sacrifice schemes, sick pay, holiday entitlements and associated pay and benefits calculations.
Assist with employee relations cases as required.
Assist the HR Business Partner with the administration of Health and Wellbeing cases.
About you
It is essential that you have a minimum of 1 years’ experience working in Human Resources, Recruitment or a Payroll environment and excellent Microsoft Office skills.
Desirable attributes include experience in drafting written communications; experience of using a recruitment tracking system; and experience in using social media, either in a professional or voluntary capacity.
