Key Responsibilities:
– Promote and sell online courses to K12 students and parents.
· Takes sales queries and communicate with prospective customers in the forms of telephone, email and online chat.
· Arranges for free trial classes. Collects students’ feedback and creates personalized plans for them and recommend suitable course packages.
· Leads sales team. Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance.
· Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals
· Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
· Coordinates with different departments to ensure completion of different aspects of operations of the team.
· Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and payroll- related items.
· Drives and maintains staff performance and prepare documented reviews and/ or coaching on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
· Takes charge in team’s performance evaluation, quality evaluation and feedback, policy implementation, staff coaching and development and client relationship management.
· Regularly participates in client and operations calls/ meetings and applicable training
· Plans and monitors the rewards and recognition program of the account
· Participates and drive participation of staff in company meetings, training and engagement events
· Assists management with hiring processes and new team member training
· Functions as front line to address company’s and/ or client’s business needs

· You have at least 3 years Sales Team Leader working experience and adapt to work in MNC. Education / Academe industry is a plus
Technical competencies: (Job related): Knowledge in working with database applications. Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint applications.
Education: Bachelor and above are preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to communicate across distances, to multiple functions, and to different levels of management.
