Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience in industrial B2B sales, ideally within electroplating, surface finishing, industrial chemicals, metallurgy, or heat treating.
Solid understanding of basic electroplating processes, metal substrates, and surface preparation.
Ability to interpret technical blueprints, engineering drawings, and manufacturing specifications.
