Who we are
Hello. We’re RHP. If you want to make a difference, we’re the place for you. We provide people with a place they’re proud to call home, along with modern services that make lives easier. We currently own and manage around 10,000 homes across London for social rent and shared ownership and have plans to build many more over the next five years.

Who we’re looking for
Our HR team has an exciting year ahead as we look to build on our people strategy that’s centred around creating a personalised employee experience.
Your show stopping admin skills will help you deliver an experience that employees and customers love. Without dropping the ball, you’ll work across the team and provide prompt, clear, quick and helpful responses.
Our HR team is pretty awesome and we love working together to maintain our special culture. Doing your job brilliantly means using your infectious energy, enthusiasm and multi-tasking skills to make sure that we stay ahead of the game as a team.
You’ll have experience of working in an administrative role, ideally in a HR team, with the ability to communicate clearly and thoughtfully. You’ll also have worked in a team that delivers brilliant, seamless customer service internally and externally, and be able to demonstrate you work in a highly organised way that means you deliver your promises on time. With an obsession for detail and getting things right, you’ll be experienced in Microsoft Office to produce high-quality information first time, every time.
