The Operations Manager is responsible for general property management and maintenance of our 23-acre campus and kitchen management which includes staffing and budgetary responsibility of our full-service kitchen. Property management and maintenance include both technical and non-technical tasks involving plumbing, ventilation, etc. The Operations Manager may be required to perform tasks of other unlicensed trades, such as a light equipment operator, carpenter, painter, and/or basic vehicle maintenance. They oversee the hiring and management of all operational contractors which can include custodial, licensed contractors (electricians, plumbing, or other), and larger construction projects.
