Delaware North Hiring for IT Implementations Manager at Buffalo, New York Full Time

Delaware North is hiring for an Implementations Manager to join the IT Application Implementation team based out of our global headquarters in Buffalo, New York. The IT Implementations Manager is responsible for ensuring that the needs of the business are met with each application implementation.

Responsibilities

• Participate with cross-functional teams in determining operating unit and subsidiary standards, assessing needs in conjunction with the IT Business Relationship Managers.
• Work with the project team to ensure all implementation elements are reviewed.
• Identify Delaware North operating location interfaces and data requirements.
• Develop training plans to educate application users at operating locations on the newly implemented systems.
• Prepare documentation for seamless handoff to IT Support.
• Comply with all IT and Delaware North policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information management, computer science, business administration, or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ related experience in the implementation and installation of applications.
• Minimum of 5 years’ working within the IT industry in progressive roles, prior supervisory experience is a plus.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and translating complex information across diverse audiences.
• Working knowledge of enterprise systems such as point of sale, hospitality, and Microsoft Productivity Suite including Sharepoint.
• Evening and weekend hours will be required to support application installations.
• Roughly 10% business travel may be required.
