Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Develop and execute innovative Diversity and Inclusion strategies and programs that support our global framework
Independently drive collective topics and approaches, partnering across at local levels
Identify opportunities for process improvement/consistency that helps to drive D&I priorities
Analyse D&I data, best practices and market trends; leverage to provide insight to planning and to inform D&I strategy, programs and priorities
Develop new and enhance existing methods to measure and report on progress made against D&I goals
Collaborate with D&I peers across the company to drive consistency and share best practice and ideas as appropriate
Build infrastructure to help drive greater impact
Help develop internal communications, focusing on both people stories and strategy updates
Supports the organisation in meeting diversity and inclusion regulatory requirements / global external commitments / benchmarks / signatories and associated requirements

Strong project and program management experience

Experience using data to draw insights, confident analytical skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience relating specifically to the Diversity & Inclusion topic
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint, and experience using SharePoint
