The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional who wants to work in a fast-paced, high growth company. We are a global team of over twenty Talent Acquisition (TA) professionals spanning across the globe from the United States, Japan, Korea, India, China, Singapore, UAE, Australia, Germany, Greece and the UK. We are looking for a senior recruitment specialist to lead critical hires in the UK.

Measuring Success:

• Core Competencies: Sense of Urgency, Communication, Prioritization, Adaptability, etc.
• Metrics: Time to Hire, Candidate Quality, Cost Per Hire, etc.
• Project Management: You will choose areas to focus on such as attrition analysis, employer branding and hiring manager training

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Lead the recruitment strategy for Corporate Staffing for the Americas team
• Oversee various relationships with Senior Managers across the US
• Sourcing candidates via Greenhouse, our Applicant Tracking System and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Manage incoming applications and review CV’s with hiring management teams
• Focus on mapping professionals within the industries and building a pipeline
• Own the candidate process from phone screen to offer stage
• Work with our TA Associate to align on interview scheduling and candidate communications
• Manage stakeholder relationships and work closely internal teams

WHAT YOU HAVE:

• Due to the requirements of the role, we are keen to find someone immediately available
• 3-5 years recruiting experience highly preferred
• Experience in sourcing and prospecting candidates on social media
• Previously worked in a fast paced and growing environment
• Proven excellence in project management
• Results focused, continually seeking to exceed expectations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
