As the Talent Acquisition Specialist – Graduates here at McKesson UK, you will be responsible for the end-to-end candidate recruitment process for the graduate pharmacist pipeline and activity for LloydsPharmacy. This is critical talent pipeline for our business, you will convert students from placements through to offers ensuring a first-class candidate experience from start to finish. With the support of the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will support this process from attraction through to onboarding continually identifying ways to improve and maximise opportunities.

To be successful in this role you will be a true recruitment advocate with a proactive and passionate approach to graduate talent acquisition, ideally, you will have previous experience with high volume recruitment and an understanding of graduate candidate attraction. You will be a confident user of Microsoft Excel and be confident navigating an applicant tracking system. In addition, you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
