A Day in the Life
The Project Manager, Digital Initiatives will play a key strategic role to operationalize business priority initiatives for
multiple projects. This will include leading, defining and building business project plans in order to execute and deliver
projects/initiatives on time and within scope across multiple stakeholders.

What You Will Do

• Act as the business project manager for all digital initiatives
• Responsible for building presentations and reports that provide clear updates, identify risks and rally stakeholders towards delivery their aspect of the project on time
• Assemble and assist in prioritizing project details; determine steps and timeline to implementation in partnership with the tech PMO
• Lead execution of team meetings pertaining to the project; capture updates and actions and ensure follow-up
• Work with internal stakeholders such as Product Team, IT , Marketing, Stores, E-comm and third-party vendors to build an all-encompassing delivery plan which includes determining project actions and track project milestones through to completion
• Support the Site Experience team on specific projects where projects need to be handed off to Digital Initiatives team or where synergies and cross over exists
• Ensure flawless execution of project activities and delivering results on time
• Provide direction on tracking KPIs and actively monitor project results to implement best practices or course correct
• Add value to digital initiatives and projects by analyzing data that will produce analytical measures to tell the story of what is occurring post project implementation
• Leverage understanding of competitive landscape to identify opportunities to improve customer experience post implementation
• Present results to internal stakeholders and leadership

What You Will Need

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as project manager
• Ability to problem solve and brainstorm in a collaborative environment and inspire a strong sense of camaraderie, accountability, and high performance across teams
• Demonstrated ability to successfully lead strategic planning; excels in formulating goals and plans of action
• Proven ability to provide sound business judgment and influence others to drive ideas and plan forward
• Demonstrated ability to lead a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside primary job description when necessary
• Degree in project management
• PMP Certification completion or in progress an asset
• Excellent oral, written and communication skills essential
