TikTok Hiring for Student Training and Apprenticeships Manager – Campus Recruiting – London Job at London, England Full Time

The University Relations and Recruitment team plays an integral role in connecting the business with university students globally. We are responsible for providing a best-in-class experience to students showcasing TikTok’s people, culture & technology through events and programmes to attract and recruit high potential students.

The University Relations team is now looking for an individual to support with managing the learning and development for employees enrolled on our student programmes, including internships and graduate schemes. Based in London, this role covers numerous regions across EMEA and will help scope the TikTok Intern and Graduate offering, including learning and development opportunities, onboarding and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Work with the current student recruitment programme manager to continually develop graduates, interns and apprentices through a structured programme ensuring future talent is developed and retained.
• Support and coordinate all early careers talents on their development, L&D pathways, well being and long term career aspirations.
• Responsible for managing the onboarding programme for all early careers cohorts including delivery of training and managing partnerships with the wider business.
• Manage the implementation of future apprenticeships.
• Support and guide the line managers of graduates and apprentices to ensure consistency of experience across the business.
• Work with the current student recruitment programme manager to design and manage the performance review process for student programmes
• Establish, maintain and regularly report upon agreed KPIs and metrics. Embed data collection and feedback mechanisms throughout any learning initiatives.
• Assess performance gaps and identify ongoing learning needs.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in campus recruitment (preferred experience from a technology business)
• Experience building and managing student recruitment programmes e.g. internships/graduate schemes/apprenticeships
• Experience in a development role for graduates and/or apprentices
• Ability to work accurately but creatively at pace, dealing daily with ambiguity
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with experience of building relationships across a European wide organisation.
• Experience of working with professional bodies, competency frameworks and the apprenticeship levy in England
• Ability to work cross-functionally and effectively with a diverse team.
