Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery – Safely operate grading equipment to maintain roads and optimize terrain conditions.
• Perform road maintenance & snow removal – Conduct grading, snow plowing, and clearing operations to ensure safe year-round road accessibility.
• Adapt to flexible work schedules – Work day and night shifts, with overtime beyond 50 hours per week when needed.
• Inspect & maintain equipment – Conduct routine inspections and minor maintenance to ensure peak machinery performance.
• Collaborate within a team-oriented environment – Work independently and alongside field teams to ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2-5 years operating heavy equipment is required; experience with graders is preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; specialized training in grader mechanics is an asset.
• Certifications: A heavy machinery operator certification is preferred.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and team collaboration in fast-paced work settings.
• Vehicle Requirement: A personal pickup truck is required (mileage compensation provided).
