• Candidate will be working on the Behavioral Health Member Digital Experience Program. Simplify, enhance and enable easier access to behavioral health capabilities on the member portal to increase digital engagement.

Team and Team size:
• Role will work across many product teams to provide an overall status, track key deliverables, help to remove roadblocks, hold team accountable and act as the main point of contact for the program from a member portal perspective.
• Candidate will interact with Digital Product Strategists, Experience Lead, Product Owner/Manager, Project Managers, UAT lead and business stakeholders
Primary Responsibilities:
• Lead or contribute to the development of program or project scope statements, in consultation with applicable stakeholders (e.g. program/project charter, Statement of Work)
• Work with resource managers to drive the identification of the skills, duration and effort required for successful project execution
• Collect, analyze and maintain financial forecast information (e.g. labor, hardware, software), using input from applicable sources
• Creates and executes project timelines and milestones using the appropriate tools
• Managing project execution around systems, architecture and delivery of business value
• Develop, communicate and implement program/project risk/issue management plans and strategies (e.g. mitigation, avoidance, transfer, acceptance)
• Providing subject matter expertise in areas including project scope definition, risk identification, project methodology, resource allocation, facilitation, and other areas of expertise based on established project management techniques (Waterfall, Agile, etc.)
• Holds team members accountable for their tasks within the project plan timeframe
• May lead functional or segment teams or projects and serve as a leader/ mentor by reviewing work performed by others and provide recommendation for improvement.
• Coordinate project work across a cross-functional team including vendor relationships
• Manages strong project relationships and communications with both internal and external partners
• Facilitates effective communication and prepares presentations to organization leaders and project stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of project management experience using data and information to make business decisions
• 5+ years of experience with project methodology (requirements, design, development, test and implementation)
• Familiar with software concepts to support the technical direction of the team
• Proficiency with MS Office (Including Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint)
Skills/attributes Preferred
• Healthcare insurance industry experience
• Digital experience
• PMP certification or working towards certification
• Familiarity / working experience with tools (e.g. Aha!, CA Agile, Jira) used to manage
• A passion for and commitment to a consumer and client driven culture
• Self-motivated, able to work in a team, and demonstrates the ability to work independently
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to ever changing priorities
• Comfortable supporting complex projects and less structured tasks
