As a key partner to the schools you will work closely with stakeholders to develop solutions to issues across the full spectrum of HR.
You will be CIPD qualified with a strong understanding of HR best practice and have experience of partnering with managers and staff at all levels. You should have strong communication skills with the ability to deliver change programmes and influence at all levels.
