**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Manage Schedules:** Ensure that the executive’s calendar is organized, including setting appointments and reminders to maximize time management.
– **Coordinate Communication:** Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages, ensuring that important communications are relayed and responded to in a timely manner.
– **Document Management:** Organize and maintain files and records, making it easy to retrieve information when needed.
– **Prepare Reports:** Compile reports and presentations as needed, requiring attention to detail and understanding of key information.
– **Support Meetings:** Arrange meetings, including setting the agenda and taking minutes to ensure that accurate records are kept.
– **Travel Arrangements:** Assist in planning and booking travel and accommodations for the executive as required.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
– Must have completed at least 12th grade; higher education is a plus but not necessary.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
– Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
– Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software for documentation and reporting.
– A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure will be essential.
– Must be comfortable working in an office environment and be a female candidate, as specified.
