Qualifications & Experience
1.Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
2.Minimum 10–15 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
3.Strong understanding of the Canadian healthcare system and pharmaceutical regulations.
4.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
5.Excellent working relation with all the major wholesalers and pharmacy chains in Canada
6.Experience in managing large, geographically dispersed sales teams.
Job Role;
1.The candidate shall oversee all operations within the country, including sales, marketing, and strategic planning.
2.The candidate shall be responsible for establishing and maintaining partnerships with key stakeholders like wholesalers, pharmacies, Health Canada and others.
3.The candidate shall be responsible for creating product portfolio, developing and implementing business strategies, managing budgets and driving revenue growth.
4.The candidate shall be required to develop and execute national sales strategies aligned with company objectives, to identify market opportunities, competitive positioning, and growth areas, to collaborate with marketing, medical affairs, and regulatory teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies.
5.The candidate shall be required to develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts, optimize resource allocation to maximize ROI and to deliver consistent revenue growth and profitability.
6.The candidate shall be also be responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulations
7.The candidate shall have to lead a team of diverse professionals and shall also be expected to maintain excellent working relation with different teams situated in HO in India.
