Visiting Angels is seeking a highly experienced individual in recruiting for multiple locations. This person would support the individual office teams by helping to create an atmosphere of attracting the right people using a multitude of different avenues including but limited to job boards, social media, referral programs. They would help create a customer service culture as it relates to our employees from the first contact.

Visiting Angels is a network of in-home personal care agencies. We are proud to be the nation’s leading provider of non-medical senior home care services. Our Angels (caregivers) provide one-on-one care for seniors allowing them to continue to live independently in the comforts of their own home.

Responsibilities:

· Recruiting for 3 of our locations to determine needs for our caregiving staff.

· Responsible for the full cycle recruiting process to include sourcing screening, recruiting, interviewing qualified candidates, scheduling interviews, negotiating offers and closing candidates.

· Build lasting relationships and sustain candidate network pf active and passive candidates.

· Utilize different resources to attract a larger qualified applicant pool.

· Ensure top positions on social media and on-line job boards.

· Collaborate with Operations Managers in each office to ensure optimum staffing levels.

· Assist with any other administrative hiring needs, projects or functions related to employees within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

· Proven success in recruitment of employees

· Self-motivated, detail-oriented person who is very passionate about making a difference.

· Desire to help build teams to work in a home care environment.

· Ability to work in a fast paced environment where staff talent and numbers are critical.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting environment

· Knowledge of the health care industry is preferred.

· Accommodate a flexible schedule to work with teams across different time zones.
