Florida Technical College Hiring for Recruiting Manager Job at Orlando, FL Full Time

This position will recruit administrative personnel and faculty members for Florida Technical College in Central and South Florida.

• Interviewing and sourcing of candidates
• This position is based in Orlando and 2 times per week could work remotely with 10% of traveling between Central and South Florida Campuses
• Mileage will be expensed
• Should be able to source candidates through social media, job fairs, local career source offices and interview candidates from our employee referrals program
• Screen potential applicants for qualifications as compared to job requirements and refer qualified candidates to hiring manager

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources
• 3 years of experience in recruiting
• Experience with employment agencies
• Proven experience in recruitment with behavioral questions techniques
