As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll own the recruitment for your business area and partner with the business to find the best talent for the role. A summary of the day to day responsibilities is below.

• Responsible for full life-cycle recruitment for local and remote positions including (but not limited to) Software engineers, QA and DevOps.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
• Update job descriptions and job specifications and post on OpenBet’s internal career site and external job boards
• Source and recruit candidates using various job boards and social platforms while also using these channels to promote the employer brand of OpenBet and recommend us as an employer of choice.
• Screen candidates’ resumes and applications, making sure experience and skills are in line with role requirements
• Perform in-person, video and phone interviews with candidates.
• Create candidate short-lists and recommendations to hiring managers
• Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers and candidates
• Develop relationships with employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations I order to strategically find the best source for specific positions
• Attend recruiting events.
• Work on special projects from time to time that will help improve the efficiency of the TA team, and the employer brand of OpenBet.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

• Demonstrable experience of recruiting in the Technology space (e.g. Software Engineers, DevOps and QA) but you’ll also help source other position in the Uk as and when necessary.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is desired, ideally Smart Recruiters
• Demonstrable experience recruiting across all levels within an organization from entry level to Director.
• Excellent verbal, written and relationship building skills
• Able to work with minimal supervision and pro-actively find new and creative ways to source candidates.
• Customer service driven with a passion for helping your stakeholders find the talent they need.
• High degree of skill using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
