Join us as a Talent Acquisition Officer located at our head office in North Ryde. We have a really supportive workplace flexibility policy which has existed for many years and is embraced by the team.

Our purpose is to deliver deliciously good food in the best way and as the Talent Acquisition Officer you will play a key role by supporting our Operations attract key talent into their teams.

This opportunity will enable you to partner closely with numerous stakeholders across the Ingham’s network, providing end to end recruitment & onboard support. Alongside your recruitment load you will have the opportunity to work on a number of projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for Operations roles in areas such as maintenance, Process Workers, Feedmill Operators, Farm Hands and Distribution workers.
• Partnering with key stakeholders to ensure new hires have a positive and seamless experience.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Sourcing candidates through online job boards and selection procedures
• Coaching leaders on talent management strategies to support informed selection choices, and align with the organisation’s employee value proposition.
• Generate contracts and supporting leaders in ensuring candidates have a smooth onboard process.
• Supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager on a range of talent projects to ensure Ingham’s can attract and retain the best talent in the market.

We’re interested in people who can bring

• Experience managing end to end recruitment, in a high volume environment.
• Excellent communication style with high level interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Experience using a range of tools and creating impactful sourcing strategies.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively
