We are seeking a detail-oriented Tender Executive based in Rajkot, India, with 1 to 3 years of experience in handling tenders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, submitting, and managing tender documents, ensuring compliance with all specifications and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Tender Preparation**: Prepare and organize tender submissions according to the requirements, ensuring all documents are complete and accurately presented.
2. **Market Research**: Conduct thorough research to identify potential tenders and opportunities, analyzing competition and market trends to improve submission success rates.
3. **Documentation Management**: Maintain and update a centralized repository of past and current tender documents, ensuring easy access for the team and compliance with regulations.
4. **Communication**: Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to gather necessary information and clarify requirements, ensuring a smooth submission process.
5. **Follow-Up**: Track and follow up on submitted tenders, providing updates to the team and addressing any queries from clients or stakeholders.
Required Skills and Expectations:
The candidate must possess an . qualification and have a solid understanding of tendering processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities are vital to ensuring that all submissions are accurate. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines while balancing multiple projects.
