HackerRank Hiring for Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract) Job at London, England Full Time

You enjoy providing a great experience for our employees by helping with day-to-day company operations and coordinating interviews for the recruiting team while providing an exceptional candidate experience.
You will be working on:

• Review and screen candidates through Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and shortlist for hiring manager review
• Schedule and conduct first screening calls with candidates using Calendly
• Provide an amazing candidate experience by reviewing resumes within 24 hours of application and move them through the hiring process
• Story tell HackerRank and the opportunity
• Provide answers to benefits or other logistical questions
• Collaborate with talent acquisition and hiring managers to drive the first stage of the hiring process
• Identify opportunities for improving the candidate experience and efficiency
• Document candidate conversations through notes in ATS and scorecards
• Update reports and ATS on activity and progress

We are looking for:

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
• Proven success in taking initiative, juggling multiple projects, organizing skills, and working efficiently
• Must have impeccable follow-up skills – with candidates for scheduling interviews as an example
• Alongside our People team, you are comfortable seeking and taking on responsibility in ways- big and small, to help build a world-class team
• High integrity and the ability to build and keep trust and confidence
• You are tech savvy and love incorporating new technologies for better efficiency in your daily routine
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred!) and Google suite

Nice to have:

• Experience overseeing an HRIS is preferred!
