My client a successful and growing Fintech company are at the beginning of an exciting transition with implementing a new HR system (PeopleHR).
Assisting the Head of People you will take ownership to set up Ripple workflows in time for the launch of PeopleHR. Whilst implementation of the new HR system has commenced and is in full flow, it has become clear that additional assistance is required to work with this small HR Team to ensure deadlines are met
Previous project experience is desirable but the ability to set up the workflows with in PeopleHR is essential
Main Duties:
Support the people agenda across the project by assisting the Head of People in the delivery and implementation of PeopleHR system
Highlight irregularities and ensure an eye for detail and accuracy is adhered to at all times
Assist with the associated people processes and change management plan
Meeting the project objectives (e.g. timelines, automated reporting, Ripple workflows, Employee surveys)
To support the HR strategy with the embedding of the HR System
Ensure system and processes are fit for purpose, where changes/automation are required
To work with the HR team and update the Head of People re the projects progress and time scales
Skills and Experience:
Experience of PeopleHR is essential
Experience of setting up Ripple workflows is essential
Previous project experience is desirable
Experience of Implementing and deploying an HR system
Ability to work unaided and deliver to a tight project deadline
Commencement: ASAP
Duration: approximately 4 weeks poss plus
Competitve Day Rate : £250 – £400 dependant on exp
Flexible working with Hybrid working module
