Role Summary
Here at Seashell Trust we provide care and education for children and young people (up to 25 years old) with severe, profound and complex learning difficulties and disabilities, sensory impairment and communication disorders and autism.
We’re recruiting for a Resourcer / Recruitment and Talent Co-ordinator to join our Recruitment team within the HR department. This opportunity will work alongside another Recruitment Co-ordinator supporting the Recruitment Business Partner to deliver our recruitment for roles across the Trust. This is a very busy and proactive co-ordination role supporting the end to end talent attraction and resourcing process (no sales) delivering operational excellence and a positive candidate experience for all new starters with the Trust.
This is a fixed term contract opportunity for 12 months with a blend of office and remote working and is an excellent opportunity for a highly-skilled Resourcer / talent attraction specialist, or for someone with agency experience looking to work in an internal / in-house recruitment setting within a HR dept, So if you are looking for a fresh challenge in a role where every single person that you recruit to join the Trust will make a real a difference then please get in touch as we would love to hear from you!
Requirements
· GCSE English and Maths grade A-C or equivalent level 2 qualification in literacy and numeracy
· Previous experience in a recruitment/resourcing role
· Knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle
· Strong telephone pre-screening and face to face interviewing skills and experience
· Experience working with an ATS
· Talent attraction experience including proactively sourcing candidates on online CV databases and social media, and writing job adverts
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with previous stakeholder management experience
· Excellent administration skills including updating reports and spreadsheets, with strong MI and reporting skills
· Experience working in the Education or Care sector advantageous
