Flight Centre Travel Academy Hiring for Talent Co-ordinator Job at Queensland Full Time

Flight Centre Travel Academy is looking for a dynamic individual with recruitment and customer engagement experience and a passion for the travel industry.

Flight Centre Travel Academy (FCTA) is Flight Centre’s external education business – offering university level courses and jobs and careers in the travel and tourism industry.

You will be responsible for coordinating the development, connection and recruitment of Flight Centre Travel Academy potential students, current students and graduates into employment.

Day to day you will be:

• Customer engagement and development

• Assist students with advice and direction of professional recruitment practices

• Conduct FCTA Screening Calls with students and graduates

• Communicate with employer partners to assist in placement process

• Relationship building with employer partners to maintain and strengthen placement processes

• Provide general support, advice and education to customers about FCTA programs

• Write and post job opportunities, career advice and assistance to FCTA student & alumni communities

You’ll be perfect for the role if you can showcase:

• Customer focus experience in the recruitment sector

• Relationship management internal and external partners

• High level of communication skills

• A good understanding of recruitment practices

You’ll be highly regarded if:

• Proven success in customer engagement min 12 mths

• Knowledge of FCTG Diploma subject and content

• Understanding of recruitment processes

• Understanding of the tourism industry/sector
