Who are we looking for?

Individuals that thrive in a fast-paced sales environment

Highly motivated individuals that are eager to learn and earn incentives and bonuses

Secondary school education or equivalent

Above the age of 18

Fluent in English and has excellent communication and active listening skills

Tech savvy and has an aptitude for learning about new technology and processes to bring value to the ContactPoint 360 team

Decision-making skills and ability to troubleshoot issues with customers

Ability to pass a background check

Has a high level of grit to overcome challenges and obstacles with the team

Is a strong team-player, bringing in a high level of enthusiasm and energy

Spanish speaking and reading skills is a plus

Up for a full time shifting schedule in between 6AM to 10PM Mondays to Sundays, 5 days on, 2 days off

**Please Note** This job requires you to use your own device (laptop, desktop computer preferably Windows10) with a second monitor. You will also need to purchase a sound-blocking headset from our approved list before going live. A strong internet connectivity with a hardwire cable connection from your modem to your device
