Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Reports to: Operations Manager

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to customers through, but not limited to, telephone and emails

• Inform customers by phone or email regarding the status of their parcel shipment

• Perform timely and accurate data entry

• communicate with other parcel stations.

• Assist customers in solving issues and problems related to shipments

• Escalate attention needed issues to supervisor/manager

• Sort and organize parcel

• Handle package returns

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Excellent sales and customer service skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.

• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

• Fluent in English and Chinese; French an asset
