As the Recruitment Lead for Sales and Account Management EMEA you’ll focus on bringing in the right talent to support our ambitious growth plans in EMEA in the coming years. As a strategic thinker, you will be accountable for leading your team to execute the talent acquisition strategy for your respective businesses, create positive and consistent hiring manager partnerships and candidate experiences designed to attract diverse talent and acquire the best of that talent to achieve Shopify’s strategic goals.
You will establish and maintain partnerships across the organization while being accountable to attract, develop and retain a strong team of recruitment professionals who are brand champions and talent advisors. You will work to build a team culture that encourages innovation, responds to hiring manager and candidate needs, moves quickly, adapts to changing business needs and manages risk appropriately.

In this role you will:
Partner with various teams to continuously improve selection and attraction criteria; you’ll be constantly experimenting and making adjustments to improve hiring quality, improve interviewer skill, and improve velocity
Use data to inform decision-making and naturally partner with business leaders to set and achieve hiring goals.
Work with your team to support them and help them grow
