Ardingly College is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic individual to join the Human Resources Team. This role will be reporting to the Director of People, and work with the HR Team in the provision of effective HR management at Ardingly College.
Key responsibilities would include but are not limited to:
The successful candidate will ideally have 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a busy HR department and hold or be working towards a CIPD qualification. Previous experience of using CIPHR would be advantageous. Excellent communication, organisational and administration skills are essential as is the ability to forge effective working relationships across the College.
