bpha Hiring for HR Assistant at Bedford Full Time

Fixed Term Contract until January 2023

The opportunity:
bpha have a strong vision and are an ambitious customer focused organisation. We are currently expanding services to our customers and have an interesting and dynamic people environment, with a diverse range of roles providing a range of services at different levels.

This pivotal role within our strengthened HR, People & Culture team, is responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support (including onboarding and employee lifecycle activities) and dealing with first-line HR queries from multiple stakeholders across the business and our external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate:
You will have held a similar role, be self-motivated and proactive, with experience of being part of an ambitious team delivering within a dynamic customer focused and values-led organisation. You will be a confident and skilled communicator; be highly efficient with amazing organising and prioritising skills and have a keen eye for detail. You will also need to be a competent user of Microsoft office packages and have used HR systems.
