IDC Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist Job at Needham Heights, MA Full Time

• Deliver an exceptional experience to all candidates, colleagues and stakeholders through the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
• Promote IDC as an employer of choice to ensure we attract and hire the best talent and capabilities to deliver business goals now and in the future
• Work closely with business stakeholders and HR colleagues, to develop and execute relevant and effective recruitment plans
• Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing, and pipelining, to reach, engage and network with the best talent in Research, Technology and Sales
• Use data and analytics to make robust recruitment and hiring decisions, review candidate trends and make recommendations based on findings
• Identify opportunities and deliver improvements that enhance our hiring experience
• Ensure compliance with Company policies, guidelines, and the recruiting process

• Bachelor’s degree or related work experience
• 5-8 years full cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced technology-related environment including Sales, Research, Consulting and Corporate Functions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and in a positive and professional manner over the phone and email
• Attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple searches
• Positive, collaborative, teamwork and “roll up sleeves” attitude
  Sense of humor
• Prior experience with Application Tracking Software (ATS) systems; iCIMS experience a plus
• Proven ability to advise management on hiring trends and local market talent
• Proven experience in employing latest trends to identify talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, and other candidate sourcing tools
• This role is can be based out of our new Tampa, FL or Needham, MA office locations. We may consider fully remote for an approved office location
