Perspectum Hiring for Finance Business Partner Job at Oxford, England Full Time

Perspectum is a rapidly growing software business in the healthcare tech sector. This exciting new role will report into the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis and will be instrumental in supporting Perspectum’s growth ambitions. The successful candidate will develop close relationships with the Executive team and Business Unit heads to drive better financial planning, forecasting and performance.

Day to dy your duties will include partnering with the commercial and R&D business units on all aspect of finance including budgeting, forecasts and understanding variances to actuals. You will engage with the business and the wider finance team to create best-in-class analysis/reporting and resulting Management Information, delivering meaningful insights to decision makers whilst building a deep understanding of the commercial drivers behind the business’ performance. You will lead the preparation of ad hoc analyses and accompanying narrative as well as help drive accountability in the business.

To be successful in this role you will ideally hold an accounting/finance qualification (eg ACA, CA, ACCA, CIMA, etc) and experience in start-up/ scale-up businesses and demands of stakeholders. You will have excellent analytical skills and an ability to articulate insights to the Executive team. You will have strong commercial instincts, with a proven track record of achievement in FP&A/Commercial roles. You will be a highly effective and proactive communicator with the ability to build relationships, providing both support and constructive challenge.
