Where you’ll be working
Rural & Regional / Mental Health Services team consists of 9 contemporary HR professionals staff across three locations (Waratah, Tamworth and Inverell). RRHS includes four sectors of Hunter New England Local Health District. These are Hunter Valley, Mehi, Peel and Tablelands Sectors – comprising just over 4,000 staff. These sectors include:
RRHS, and also includes district-wide services include Aboriginal Health, Aged Care and Rehabilitation, Drug and Alcohol Clinical Services, Oral Health Services and Violence, Abuse and Neglect.
Mental Health Services is a district wide service providing a range of inpatient services and community mental health care, from prevention and early intervention to treatment, rehabilitation and continuing care. With around 1600 mental health staff members delivering comprehensive and specialist mental health services.
What you’ll be doing
An opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Human Resources Consultant to join our team and assist in the provision of Human Resources support to our services.
Specifically, you will be working closely and collaboratively with our Human Resource Consultants and have a key responsibility for the accurate generation and presentation of a number of key performance indicator reports, Human Resource metrics and reporting frameworks to meet our reporting requirements.
You are a confident and contemporary HR professional with generalist HR skills and looking to join an experience high performing team. Your exceptional attention to detail, high level organisation skills and demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with all key stakeholders are key to you success.
This position is located at our Tamworth Regional Office however location maybe negotiable.
An eligibility list will be created for future permanent part time and temporary part time vacancies.
All NSW Health workers are required to have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine by 30 September 2021 and two doses by 30 November 2021 or have an approved medical contraindication certificate. You will be required to provide a record of your COVID-19 vaccination status if successful.
