Designing, leading, and overseeing the hiring process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Serving as a bridge between management and employees, addressing grievances, and conducting investigations.
Developing, implementing, and administering payroll, insurance, and reward systems.
Ensuring adherence to labour laws, health and safety regulations (., FMLA, FLSA), and updating policies to match new regulations.
Creating and managing performance appraisal systems, training programs, and career development initiatives.
Strong knowledge of HRIS software.
