We are seeking an administration officer to undertake a diverse range of administration tasks as the Personal Assistant to the Deputy Principal and Assistant Principal Curriculum. You will work as part of a collaborative team providing services to parents, students, school staff and the wider school community.

Duties include:

  • Student Management
  • Event / Calendar Management
  • Data management.

You will have:

  • solid administration experience
  • sound Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • display proven communication and interpersonal skills and
  • the ability to multi-task.

Estimated Start Date: Commencing January 2022

Position Tenure: Fixed Term

Weeks Worked: School term weeks only (holidays unpaid)

Tenure Duration (If Fixed Term): 2022 School Year

Total Paid Hours (per wk) & Days Required: 30 hours per week working Monday – Thursday

Salary Level, Range or Hourly Rate: School Officer Level 5 – $34.37 per hour

Employment Conditions: Diocesan Catholic Education Employing Authorities in Queensland Single Interest Agreement
As from 23 January 2022 all BCE Schools will be an environment where all employees are fully COVID vaccinated as directed by the Queensland Chief Health Officer.


This position involves working with children. The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child related employment in accordance with the law.
