As a Clinical Skills Facilitator, you will be an enthusiastic and friendly, registered healthcare professional with good communication and interpersonal skills who is committed to providing an excellent student experience. It will be an exciting, interesting, varied and challenging role, which will require you to be adaptable, creative, supportive and organised, with a willingness to try new approaches. A background in clinical skills teaching and a knowledge of simulation-based education would be an advantage. In return, you will join an enthusiastic and supportive team who wish to develop and enhance the use of simulation and skills education. You will be a committed and motivated professional, you should have excellent communication and teaching skills and be able to motivate and inspire students.
