Property management firm seeks an Accounts Receivable and Billing Specialist that can work within a fast paced, deadline driven work environment.

This job is ideal for someone that is dependable, easy to work with, positive attitude, ability to work independently, client and customer oriented (able to work with many different types of personalities with a high degree of professionalism), detail driven, excellent communication skills, and is able to stay focused on the tasks at hand in a dynamic work environment.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Provide support to Finance and Accounting Manager
• A/R to include- processing of checks, credit card, and debit card payments, bank deposits journal entries, and all other aspects associated with accounts receivable
• Proficient or able to quickly learn Yardi accounting software
• Completing timely and accurate A/R reports clients/customers
• Complete/process monthly billing statements
• Researching accounting related items which requires internal and external communication
• Other accounting related office duties when requested (filing, data entry, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
