Duties & Responsibilities
Ranking 1
Job Duty
Attend Mid-American Conference meetings pertaining to home game operations and represent athletic facilities in all conference telephone calls dealing with game operations.
Ranking 2
Job Duty
Represent Athletic Department at all weekly meetings of Ball State Sports Facility Management.
Ranking 3
Job Duty
Generate officials’ contracts and information for all sports.
Ranking 4
Job Duty
Assign and schedule officials for sports that do not have assignments made through the conference office.
Ranking 5
Job Duty
Prepare and issue check requests for officials’ contracts for all sport officials and essential game personnel.
Ranking 6
Job Duty
Schedule hotel rooms, meals and flights for officials, as needed; prepare and send visiting team information to all visiting teams for all sports.

Job Duty
Maintain web site with Visiting Team information on directions, protocol, hotels, meals, practice information, etc. for all visiting teams.

Schedule visiting team practices for all sports.

Oversee production of parking passes and credentials for all home events.

Coordinate all aspects of home game administration involving personnel and game management.
