As a Software Engineer on the Back Office Technology Team, you will be responsible for developing, testing, enhancing, and supporting a suite of world-class pricing and order management solutions that directly impact Gordon Food Service customers and sales teams. You will also collaborate with software partners, internal IS teams, and business groups across Gordon Food Service. Your key to success is an internal drive to exceed customer expectations backed by exceptional technical skills, a commitment to quality, and a lean-agile mindset.

What you will do:

• Develop programs or scripts according to specification and established coding standards and analyzes, reviews and tests for accuracy and optimal performance.
• Perform integrated testing of systems for accuracy, reliability and optimal performance.
• Construct various software components and validates completeness and quality.
• Analyze and resolves program/script or system failures.
• Perform software system maintenance and support.
• Adhere to the mission and cornerstone values and applicable practices of the organization.
