Building Services Engineers – Principal & Senior

Leamington Spa or Leeds

We are seeking a Principal level Building Services Engineer and a Senior level Building Services Engineer for our client. The preferred office locations are either Leamington Spa or Leeds. You will be responsible for a good mix of either reviews of existing building services or the design of new and renewal works. You will work across all phases of the design and construction lifecycle on a range of framework and major project scenarios. Experience within education, defence, energy (including renewables), commercial, industrial, transport and utilities would be ideal.

You will be degree qualified in either Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Building Systems and probably hold further professional qualifications. As a Senior, we would expect you to have around 6 to 10 years experience, with a Principal taking on further responsibilities.
