position – Corporate Trainer(Civil Engineering Trainer)
Qualification – Diploma / in Civil Engineering
Experience
Minimum: 3-6 Years (Site Execution /Construction Projects)
Location – Hyderabad, Telangana
salary – 40k – 50k (salary range negotiable)
Job Type – Full-Time
Required Skills
– Strong practical knowledge of building construction
– Site execution & supervision experience
– RCC, formwork, masonry & finishing work knowledge
– Drawing reading capability
– Quality control & site inspection understanding
– Basic quantity estimation understanding
Communication Skills
– Good Hindi communication
– Basic English communication
– Ability to explain technical concepts in simple language
– Telugu language proficiency will be an added advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile
– Practical site experience
– Experience on residential/commercial projects
– Confident in teaching practical construction concepts
– Energetic, disciplined, and field-oriented
– Comfortable handling classroom + practical sessions
– Passion for teaching and mentoring engineers
Key Responsibilities
– Deliver practical training sessions for construction-related modules
– Conduct classroom + site practical demonstrations
– Teach real construction execution methods with practical examples
– Explain site activities in simple and understandable language
– Train students on Township & Centerline Layout, Excavation & Earthwork, PCC & RCC Work, Formwork & Reinforcement, Brickwork /
AAC Block Work, Concrete Quality Control, Masonry & Finishing Work, Site Checklist & Inspection
– Read and explain architectural & structural drawings
– Conduct doubt-solving sessions and practical workshops
– Ensure students understand real site execution standards
– Support content recording for online learning modules (if required)
– Maintain discipline, safety, and professional training standards
