Customer Service Representative

The ideal candidate should have a min. 2 years of related experience. Duties include communication and co-ordination with customers, performing order entry/checking, invoicing and making various reports. Excellent professional written & verbal communication skills required. Must be committed to delivering superior customer service, have excellent telephone skills and have the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
