The UK & IE Recruitment and Sourcing Team are expanding and have an exciting opportunity to welcome new Recruiters to their team.

In this role, you will execute efficient, effective, and consistent Recruitment activities to attract and recruit talented candidates to fill job vacancies, with responsibility for a specific Market Area.

• Experience of creating trustful relations in interactions with candidates and key stakeholders

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• Creates an outstanding candidate experience from initial candidate contact to job offer that is efficient and aligned with our values
• Partners with hiring Managers to gain deep understanding of positions as assigned
• Utilises global tools, programs, and direct recruiting techniques to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates for assigned and anticipated vacancies
• Works proactively to fill all open positions with qualified candidates
• Screens, interviews and prepares candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline
• Integrate the Diversity, Equality and Inclusion approach and knowledge into the recruitment Process

THE IMPORTANT STUFF
This role is full-time and permanent, working 39 hours per week. You will benefit from hybrid working, a mixture of remote working from home and in our Glasgow Office. You may also be required to travel to other UK/IE Units as well as internationally from time to time.

Expected start date: 1st February 2022
